Defective items
All defective items MUST be returned to the manufacturer of the item, not to ckrc crawlers.

Our lifetime warrantied products are for the original purchaser with original sales receipt from CKRC Crawlers.
Restocking fee
All returns to ckrc crawlers are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are not certain about the
use of an item, please contact either the manufacturer or ckrc crawlers before you place an
order.
Sale items
Bargain bin, clearance items, used or refurbished items are not returnable. Also, any item sold
for less than the retail price is not returnable.
Include receipt
All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.
No exchange or return
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase.
There will be no
return on any electrical item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)
Claims must be prompt
Inspect your merchandise immediatly upon recipt. Notify us of any shortages or discrepancies in
your order within 2 working days of receipt. No claims after that.
Shipping fees are not refundable, partial or otherwise.
